This information was shared with be by ICAT www.eqhomeowner.com. In looking at the graph below I'm pretty sure my home is right on top of an Earthquake fault. If you have earthquake insurance like me great if not you may want to consider it. Beyond simply paying for a policy this graph and LA Times article San Andreas Fault being “Locked, Loaded & Ready to Roll” is more than a little concerning. It reminded me I should talk with my wife and have a plan if a real large on hits. What if I wasn't home and the propane was leaking- does my wife know how to shutoff the tank. I'm not sure but want to review this with her tonight.
