No Cost Workers Comp... Excellent News for Our Partners and California Employers
WCIRB special filing to 1) exclude COVID-19 claims from experience modification, 2) exclude payroll associated to employees staying at home and not engaged in any work activities and 3) allow assignment of 8810 for temporary change in duties working with a stay at home order.
